Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes! Unlike our Fairmont location, Grafton Animal Care Center warmly welcomes walk-ins during regular business hours. While appointments are always available by phone, we understand that life with pets doesn’t always go according to plan—so feel free to stop in whenever you need us.
What services are available at the Grafton location?
Grafton Animal Care Center offers a wide range of veterinary services, including wellness exams, vaccinations, spaying and neutering, in-house laboratory testing, nutritional counseling, urgent care, behavioral counseling, geriatric care, and end-of-life services. Please note that X-rays, imaging, soft tissue surgery, and orthopedic surgery are available at our Fairmont location only.
Do you perform surgeries at the Grafton location?
We perform routine surgical procedures such as spays and neuters at our Grafton location. For advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries, we kindly refer clients to our Fairmont Veterinary Hospital, where our full surgical team and equipment are available.
Do you offer X-rays or ultrasound at the Grafton location?
At this time, X-rays, ultrasound, and other imaging services are not available at our Grafton location. However, we offer comprehensive in-house laboratory testing to help diagnose and monitor your pet’s health. Imaging services are available at our Fairmont location for cases that require them.
How do I make an appointment?
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. We’re also happy to provide documentation to assist with pet insurance reimbursement claims. Learn more about our payment options.
Do you see both dogs and cats?
Yes. Grafton Animal Care Center is a small animal exclusive practice, providing care for dogs and cats of all ages and breeds.
